The information the App has access to (namely your device's photo library) is used strictly for the sole purpose of providing an optimized user interface to view and manage your locally stored photos.

For advanced features like finding duplicate or similar photos, the App utilizes on-device visual hashing and algorithmic comparisons. These computational processes happen entirely on your phone's processor. No photo data or generated hashes ever leave your device.

We value your privacy. Swipespark does not integrate any third-party analytics tools, crash reporting software (like Firebase or Crashlytics), or advertising networks. We do not track your usage behavior or device identifiers.

Because we do not extract personal information, collect analytics, or transfer your media files off your device, there is absolutely no user data sharing with third-party entities, advertising networks, or external services.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Given that Swipespark does not store your data on external servers, the retention of your photos is entirely under your control. Any photos you choose to delete through the App are removed directly from your device's storage. You can revoke the App's access to your photo gallery at any time through your device's operating system settings.
